Educational Qualification

Graduate Apprentices

• Civil : Graduate or equivalent in relevant Engineering/Technology streams.

• Electrical : Graduate or equivalent in relevant Engineering/Technology streams.

• S&T : Graduate or equivalent in relevant Engineering/Technology streams.

• Human Resource : Full-time BBA from a recognized University.

• Finance : Full-time B.Com from a recognized University.

• Rajbhasha : Full-time BA (Hindi) from a recognized University.

• CSR : Full-time Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from a recognized University.

• Legal : Full-time LLB (Bachelor of Law) from a recognized University.

• Information Technology (IT) : Full-time B.Sc. / BCA / B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized University.

Technician (Diploma) Apprentices

• Civil : Diploma or equivalent in relevant Engineering/Technology streams.

• Electrical : Diploma or equivalent in relevant Engineering/Technology streams.

How to Apply?

• Step-I : Candidate Registration : Candidates must register on the IRCON portal using their personal email ID and mobile number, or log in with existing credentials to generate a unique login.

• Step-II : NATS Portal Enrollment : All candidates must mandatorily register on the Government NATS website (www.mhrdnats.gov.in) as a "Student" and obtain a unique registration number before applying.

• Step-III : Filling Details : Log in to the IRCON application portal with your credentials and carefully fill out all required sections, including post selection, personal details, education, and experience.

• Step-IV : Document Upload : Upload scanned copies (PDF up to 2 MB) of your 10th certificate, educational mark sheets/degrees, caste/EWS certificate (issued on or after 01 April, 2026 if applicable), ID proof, and passport-size photo with signature.

• Step-V : Preview and Submission : Review all entered details thoroughly before final submission, as modifications are locked permanently once submitted.

• Step-Sixth : Print and Dispatch Hard Copy : Take a printout of the successfully submitted online application form in PDF format, sign it physically at the bottom right corner, attach self-attested copies of all required documents, and mail or send it in an envelope superscribed with "Application for the Engagement of Apprentices as per Apprentices Act 1961-Advt No. A01/2026" to the Corporate Office in New Delhi by 17 November, 2026.

Selection Process

Based on the advertisement for the engagement of apprentices at IRCON International Limited (Advt. No. A01/2026), here is the selection process and criteria :

• No Interviews : There will be no interviews conducted for the selection process.

• Merit-Based Shortlisting : Eligible candidates will be shortlisted entirely on the basis of a merit list formed from the marks secured in the essential educational qualification.

• Notification of Shortlisted Candidates : Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email and through a notification uploaded on the official IRCON website.

• Document Verification : Candidates shortlisted based on their online application details must produce all original testimonials and certificates for verification.

• Medical Fitness : Selected candidates will also be required to produce a certificate of medical fitness before joining, following the format provided with the offer of appointment.
