Educational Qualification

1. Programmer (Advt. No. 78/Esbt-2/Rectt/Dr.RMLIMS/2026)

• Educational Qualification :

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or Computer Engineering; OR 

  • Post-graduation degree in Computer Application (MCA).

2. Medical Physicist (Advt. No. 79/Esbt-2/Rectt/Dr.RMLIMS/2026)

• Educational Qualification & Experience :

  • Postgraduate degree in Physics + Post-Graduate Diploma in Radiological/Medical Physics + 12-month internship in a recognized radiation therapy department.

  • OR

  • Basic science degree with Physics as a main subject + Postgraduate degree in Radiological/Medical Physics + 12-month internship in a recognized radiation therapy department.

3. Radiation Safety Officer (Advt. No. 80/Esbt-2/Rectt/Dr.RMLIMS/2026)

• Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • Postgraduate degree in Physics + Post-Graduate Diploma in Radiological/Medical Physics + 12-month internship + RSO qualification as per AERB (Atomic Energy Regulatory Board) norms.

  • Basic science degree with Physics as a main subject + Postgraduate degree in Radiological/Medical Physics + 12-month internship + RSO qualification as per AERB norms.

4. Hospital Attendant Gr-II (Advt. No. 81/Esbt-2/Rectt/Dr.RMLIMS/2026)

• Essential Qualification :

  • 10th Standard (Matriculation) Pass.

• Desirable :

  • Experience of having worked in a Civil or Military Hospital, a Nursing Home, or with a Medical Practitioner.

5. Stenographer (Advt. No. 82/Esbt-2/Rectt/Dr.RMLIMS/2026)

• Educational & Skill Qualifications :

  • Graduate or equivalent from a recognized University with above 55% marks.

  • Stenography speed of 80 words per minute (w.p.m.) in both Hindi and English.

  • Typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English and 35 w.p.m. in Hindi.

  • Knowledge of computer applications.

  • Note: In the absence of candidates with bilingual stenography, candidates with English stenography may be considered eligible.

6. Receptionist (Advt. No. 83/Esbt-2/Rectt/Dr.RMLIMS/2026)

• Essential Qualifications :

  • Degree from a recognized University.

  • Post-Graduate Diploma in Journalism / Public Relations.

• Desirable :

• Step 1 : Read Advertisement & Instructions — Carefully review the full advertisement and user instructions on the institute website (www.drrmlims.ac.in) to ensure eligibility regarding age, qualifications, and experience.

• Step 2 : Candidate Registration — Access the online application link during October 2026, provide basic general information using a valid mobile number and email ID, and submit to receive your application number and login ID.

• Step 3 : Fill Remaining Details — Log in using your credentials to complete the remaining form fields, including educational qualifications, experience, date of birth, and post selection.

• Step 4 : Upload Documents — Upload a colored passport-size photograph (JPG/PNG, max 1 MB), signature in black ink on a white background (JPG/PNG, max 1 MB), and all mandatory supporting documents for qualifications, experience, and caste/category.

• Step 5 : Pay Application Fee — Proceed to the e-payment gateway to pay the non-refundable application fee based on your category (UR/OBC/EWS: ₹1180, SC/ST: ₹708, PwBD: Exempted).

• Step 6 : Submit & Print Form — Finalize your submission after successful fee payment, and download/retain a hard copy and soft copy of the completed online application form for future reference

Selection Process

• Step 1 : Screening Examination — An initial bilingual Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) is conducted to shortlist candidates, where the marks obtained are not included in the final selection.

• Step 2 : Shortlisting for Mains — From the candidates who achieve the category-wise minimum qualifying marks in the Screening Exam, only 10 times the number of advertised posts per category are shortlisted for the Main Examination.

• Step 3 : Main Examination — A bilingual Computer Based Test (CBT) carrying 100 maximum marks (Duration: 2 hours) is conducted, covering subject-related questions (60 marks), General English (10 marks), General Knowledge (10 marks), Reasoning (10 marks), and Mathematical Aptitude (10 marks).

• Step 4 : Negative Marking & Qualifying Marks — Each correct answer awards 1 mark, with 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer, and candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks of 50% for Unreserved/EWS and 40% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD.

• Step 5 : Skill Test (Where Applicable) — For posts like Stenographer, candidates equal to 5 times the number of advertised posts are shortlisted based on the Main Exam to appear for a qualifying-only skill/typing test.

• Step 6 : Document Verification & Final Merit — The final merit list and selection are prepared solely based on the marks obtained in the Main Examination (subject to document verification and pre-employment medical fitness).
