CGPSC Court Manager Recruitment 2025 : Education Qualification 

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree along with MBA or an Advanced Diploma in General Management from a UGC-recognized University or Institute in India. They should have minimum five years of experience or training in Systems & Process Management or IT Systems Management / Human Resource Management / Financial Management.

• Applicants must have excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and the official languages of Chhattisgarh, along with strong social and interpersonal skills. They should also possess excellent computer application skills.

• Preference will be given to candidates having qualification and experience in the field of law.

3. Register : Complete the initial registration if you are a new user.
4. Fill the Form : Log in and carefully enter your details (education, address, etc.).

6. Pay Fees : Pay the application fee online, if required (Chhattisgarh residents may have no fee, while others might pay ₹400 + portal charges).
7. Submit : Finalize and submit the application form.

Selection Process

• Preliminary Examination (Objective) : A screening test with 100 objective-type questions (100 Marks, 2 Hours) on managerial functions and aptitude.
• Main Examination (Descriptive) : For candidates who clear the prelims, this stage involves descriptive papers.
• Interview/Personality Test : The final stage for shortlisted candidates, assessing overall suitability.
