Eligibility Criteria

Step 2 : Locate Advertisement - Search and click on the advertisement link for Specialist Cadre Officers Recruitment (Advertisement No: CRPD/SCO/2026-27/23). Step 3 : Register Online - Register yourself online using a valid email ID and mobile number, which will generate a provisional registration number and password. Step 4 : Fill Application Form - Carefully fill out all personal, educational, and professional details in the online application form. Step 5 : Scan & Upload Documents - Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-size photograph, signature, resume, ID proof, educational certificates, and experience documents as per specified dimension guidelines. Step 6 : Pay Application Fees - Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₹750 for UR/EWS/OBC candidates online via Internet Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card (SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempt). Step 7 : Final Submission & Print - Submit the completed application form and take a printout of the system-generated application form and e-receipt for future reference.
Selection Process
Shortlisting Stage - A specially constituted shortlisting committee evaluates candidates based on their qualifications and experience, and meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee an interview call. Interview Process - Shortlisted candidates are called for one or more rounds of personal, telephonic, or video interviews carrying a total of 100 marks, with qualifying marks determined by the Bank. CTC Negotiation - Salary and compensation negotiations are conducted with candidates individually either during or after the completion of the interview process. Merit List Preparation - The final selection merit list is compiled strictly in descending order based solely on the scores obtained during the interview. Tie-Breaker Rule - If multiple candidates achieve the same cut-off marks, they are ranked in the merit list according to their age in descending order (older candidates are ranked higher).
