Website Navigation : Visit the official RCF Ltd website at `[www.rcfltd.com](https://www.rcfltd.com)`, click on "RECRUITMENT", and then select "ENGAGEMENT OF APPRENTICES-2026-27". Read Guidelines : Thoroughly review the full advertisement, details, instructions, and terms and conditions provided on the webpage before proceeding to apply. Initiate Application : Click on the "I Accept" button followed by "Apply Online" to open the online application form. Select Posting Area : Choose your preferred posting area ("Trombay" or "Thal") from the available drop-down menu carefully, as this option cannot be changed later. Upload Documents : Upload a scanned copy of your passport-size color photograph in JPG/JPEG format (maximum 75 KB) and your signature in JPG/JPEG format (maximum 25 KB). Selection Process
Online Application Submission : Candidates must submit their applications online through the official RCF Ltd website matching the eligibility criteria. Merit List Preparation : A merit list is drawn based on the percentage of marks secured in the prescribed essential educational qualification along with applicable reservations. Tie-Breaking Evaluation : If candidates secure equal marks, higher educational qualifications or higher marks in the preceding educational qualification determine the higher merit position. Document Verification Call : Shortlisted candidates from the merit list are called for the document verification stage via email intimation. Contract Approval and Joining : Candidates are appointed as apprentice trainees only after successful document verification and the approval of their apprenticeship contract on the respective NATS or NAPS portal.
