     • Mandatory Requirement : Candidates must possess a valid Boiler Operation Engineer's Certificate (BOE) or Boiler Proficiency Certificate issued by a Statutory Authority.

How to Apply?

• Step 1 : Check Eligibility - Ensure you meet the required educational qualifications, minimum percentages, and age limits as of February 01, 2026.

• Step 2 : Prepare Scanned Documents - Keep ready a recent passport-style photograph ($4.5\text{ cm} \times 3.5\text{ cm}$), signature in black ink, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and required certificates in PDF format.

• Step 3 : Access Online Registration - Visit the official website at www.rcfltd.com, navigate to the recruitment section, and click on the "APPLY ONLINE" option.

• Step 4 : Complete New Registration - Choose "Click here for New Registration", enter your basic contact details and email ID to generate a provisional registration number and password.

• Step 5 : Fill Application Form - Log in using your credentials, fill in the application form carefully with accurate personal and academic details, and use "Save and Next" to verify.

• Step 6 : Upload Photo and Documents - Upload your scanned photograph, live photo capture (if prompted), signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and mandatory PDF documents according to the specified dimensions and file sizes.

• Step 7 : Preview and Validate - Review the entire application form using the Preview tab to ensure all details and uploaded files are correct before final submission.

• Step 8 : Pay Application Fee Online - Proceed to the payment tab and pay the non-refundable fee of ₹1000/- plus bank charges (exempted for SC/ST/ExSM/PwBD/Female candidates) via debit card, credit card, net banking, or wallets.

• Step 9 : Submit and Print - Click 'Complete Registration', submit the application, and take a printout of the final system-generated online application form along with the e-Receipt for future reference.

Selection Process

• Online Test : Eligible candidates must appear for a computer-based objective type test comprising discipline-related and aptitude-related questions.

• Scrutiny of Documents : Candidates must upload their required documents during the online application process for thorough verification of eligibility criteria.

• Personal Interview : Candidates shortlisted based on their online test performance and verified documents are provisionally called for a personal interview.

• Pre-Employment Medical Exam : Provisionally selected candidates must undergo and pass the company's designated pre-employment medical and physical fitness standards.

• Final Selection : Final merit lists are drawn based on an 80% weightage for the online test and a 20% weightage for the personal interview, followed by an offer of training.
