• Company Secretary : Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Exam Passed and Should hold the Membership of the said Institute, 05 Years Experience.
• Assistant Town Planner : 05 Years Degree in Architecture with (60% Marks), PG Degree in Town Planning.
• Programmer : B.E. / B.Tech. / M.Sc in Information Technology/ Computer Science /Engineering or Electronics and/ Communications OR M.C.A. OR M.E. / M.Tech. Information Technology/ Computer Science /Engineering or Electronics and/ Communications Engineering.
• Junior Legal Officer : Bachelor’s Degree in Law (55% Marks).
• Assistant Accounts Officer Grade-II : B.Com with (60% Marks), Computer Course.
• Personal Assistant Grade-II : 12th Class Passed, Computer Course.
• Draughtsman : Diploma in Architecture from Polytechnic From National Council of Vocational Trade along with Knowledge of AUTOCAD Software. OR Certificate Course of Draughtsman (Civil) From National Council of Vocational Trade along with Knowledge of AUTOCAD Software.

• New Registration : Click "Apply Online," select "Click here for New Registration," and enter your contact details to generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password.  

• Fill Application Form : Complete the application form carefully using "SAVE & NEXT" to save progress, and verify all details before final submission as changes are not possible afterward.  

• Upload Documents : Scan and upload your photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration according to the specific size, dimension, and format guidelines provided in the advertisement.  

• Preview and Submit : Use the "Preview" tab to verify all information, then click "Complete Registration" only after ensuring all data and uploaded documents are correct.  

• Fee Payment : Click the "Payment" tab, complete the transaction via the integrated payment gateway (Credit/Debit Card, Internet Banking, etc.), and print the e-receipt and application form. 

Selection Process

• Competitive Written Examination : All candidates must first appear for an objective-type online competitive written examination.  

• Merit List Preparation : A merit list will be prepared based on the marks secured in the written examination.  

• Proficiency Test/Interview : Candidates who qualify in the written examination (achieving minimum qualifying marks) are called for a proficiency test or interview, limited to five times the number of vacancies.  

• Final Selection : Final selection is based on the combined performance as per the scheme of examination.
