How to Apply
Review Information Bulletin : Carefully read the "Information Bulletin" on the official Board website before starting the application process. Visit Official Website : Access the official HTET portal at www.bseh.org.in or https://htet.eapplynow.com. Prepare Required Documents : Keep scanned copies of your latest coloured photograph (with white background and at least 60% visibility), signature, and left-hand thumb impression in JPG format ready before applying. Fill Online Application : Enter your personal details (Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Date of Birth) exactly as they appear on your Class 10th secondary certificate. Submit Identification Proof : Provide your identification proof and number, which is mandatory for the online application. Select Exam Level : Choose the appropriate level(s) for the test; if applying for multiple levels, you must fill out separate applications for each. Pay Examination Fee : Remit the required fee through the online payment gateway provided on the website. Download Confirmation Page : After successful submission and payment, print the confirmation page for your records.
Selection Process
Admit Card Download : Download your admit card from the official website (www.bseh.org.in or https://htet.eapplynow.com) starting from the notified date. (Admit cards are not sent by post). Examination : Appear for the test, which is conducted in a conventional pen-paper (OMR-based) mode at the allotted examination centre. Answer Key Objections (Optional) : If you wish to challenge the answer keys after the test, you may submit online objections via the Board’s website within the specified period, subject to a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000 per question. Result Declaration : The Board will release the final results on its official website after finalizing the answer keys based on reports from subject experts. Award of Certificate : Candidates who qualify according to the finalized results are awarded the HTET qualifying certificate, which has lifetime validity for appointment.
