Minimum Post Qualification Work Experience

Hindi OfficerMaster’s degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a major or elective subject at Graduation.
OR
Master’s degree from a recognized university in English with Hindi as major or elective subject at Graduation.
OR
Master’s degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi as a major or elective subject and English as medium of examination at degree level.
OR
Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English with English as a major or elective subject and Hindi as medium of examination at degree level		One year experience Of translation work from English to Hindi and viceversa of various reports/ Documents/ Letters in a bank/financial institution is Desirable.

Competency in operating computer is must. Candidate will be required to type /create the translated text documents on his / her own in MS word & Excel in Hindi & English.

Exposure/ experience related to development of AI based tools for translation would be an added qualifications

  • New Registration : Initiate Application - Click on the option "Click Here for New Registration" and provide your basic contact details including your name, mobile number, and email address.

  • Credentials Generation : Save Registration Details - Note down the system-generated Provisional Registration Number and Password displayed on the screen and sent via SMS/email.

  • Profile Completion : Fill Personal and Academic Data - Log back in using your credentials to enter your educational records, graduation subject combinations, and work experience details.

  • Document Uploading : Attach Scanned Files - Upload your recent passport-size photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, brief resume in PDF format, 10th standard certificate, and relevant degree/experience proofs.

  • Application Review : Verify Information - Use the "Save and Next" feature to meticulously check all filled details before proceeding to the final submission.

  • Fee Payment : Pay Application Charges - Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₹1,000 online using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or mobile wallets.

  • Final Submission : Complete Registration - Click on "Complete Registration" after verifying every field to lock in your application form.

  • Print Confirmation : Save Receipt - Download and print a hard copy of the final application form and electronic payment receipt for your future records.

Selection Process

  • Application Scrutiny : Initial screening of online applications based on the minimum eligibility criteria published in the advertisement.

  • Online Examination : An objective-type test consisting of four sections (Reasoning, English Language, General Awareness, and Hindi Language) totaling 200 marks.

  • Skill Test & Item Writing Exercise : A practical assessment conducted for candidates shortlisted from the online examination.

  • Group Exercises : Interactive evaluation rounds held for qualified candidates.

  • Personal Interview : Final face-to-face interview stage conducted at IBPS, Mumbai, for further shortlisted candidates.
