How to Apply?

  • Step 1 : Website Registration - Register yourself on the TSLPRB website (www.tgprb.in) by using your active Mobile Number as your User ID and choose the required notifications and posts.
  • Step 2 : Fee Payment - Pay the prescribed application and processing fee using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or any other available online mode on the TSLPRB website.
  • Step 3 : Part-I Application Submission - Visit the website to fill out Part-I of the Online Application Form, upload a scanned soft copy of your recent Passport Size Photograph combined with your specimen signature in JPG format (size between 30KB and 100KB), submit the form, and download a PDF copy for your records.
  • Step 4 : Preliminary Written Test (PWT) - Appear for and qualify in the objective-type Preliminary Written Test conducted by the board based on your chosen posts.
  • Step 5 : Physical Measurements & Efficiency Test (PMT / PET) - Download the intimation letter once qualified in PWT and attend the Physical Measurement Test and Physical Efficiency Test (including the run, long jump, and shot-put events) at the designated venue.
  • Step 6 : Part-II Application Submission - Re-visit the TSLPRB website after qualifying in the PWT/PET stage to submit your Part-II Application containing post preferences, unit options, and necessary scanned document uploads.
  • Step 7 : Final Written Examination (FWE) - Download your hall ticket and appear for the Final Written Examination for the specific post codes you applied for.
  • Step 8 : Certificates Verification - Attend the final certificates verification process by producing all original documents and certificates along with two sets of photocopies as specified by the board.

Selection Process

  • Preliminary Written Test (PWT) : All eligible registered candidates must appear for an objective-type written test carrying 200 marks with a duration of three hours.

  • Physical Measurement Test (PMT) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET) : Candidates who qualify in the PWT must undergo physical measurements and efficiency tests, which include a 1600 meters/800 meters run, long jump, and shot put.

  • Final Written Examination (FWE) : Candidates who successfully clear the PMT and PET stages are required to appear for the Final Written Examination, consisting of an objective paper carrying 200 marks (for Post Code Nos. 21, 26, 27, and 28) or 100 marks (for Post Code Nos. 22, 23, and 25) with a three-hour duration.

  • Certificates Verification : Candidates who qualify in the Final Written Examination are called to produce their original documents and certificates for final verification.
