  • Upload Documents : Upload scanned copies of your high school certificate, both sides of your Aadhaar card, required category/sub-category certificates, experience certificates (if applicable), along with your passport-size photo, signature, and left-thumb impression within the specified dimensions.

Selection Process

  • Step 1 : Online Application Submission - Candidates must submit their applications online through the official UKSSSC website within the specified recruitment window.
  • Step 2 : Written Competitive Examination - Candidates must appear for a 100-mark objective-type offline written examination based on the educational qualifications required for the posts.
  • Step 3 : Minimum Qualifying Marks Check - Candidates must secure the mandatory minimum qualifying percentage in the written exam (45% for Unreserved/OBC/EWS and 35% for SC/ST) to remain eligible.
  • Step 4 : Shortlisting for Skill Tests - Candidates are shortlisted based on written exam merit in a 4:1 ratio (4 times the number of total vacancies) for the subsequent skill tests.
  • Step 5 : Typing and Shorthand Examination - Shortlisted candidates must appear for qualifying shorthand and computer typing tests as per the specific speed and key-depression requirements of their applied post.
  • Step 6 : Document Verification (Abhilekh Sanniriksha) - Candidates who clear the skill tests are called for mandatory document verification to validate their educational qualifications, category/reservation claims, and eligibility documents.
  • Step 7 : Final Merit List and Allocation - The final selection list is prepared based on total written examination performance, and posts/departments are allotted according to candidate merit and preferences.
