How to Apply?

  • Online Registration : Visit the official website at https://pnb.bank.in/ under "Recruitment / Career" to fill out the application form between 20 July, 2026 and 09 August, 2026.

  • Document Preparation : Scan and keep ready your photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, handwritten declaration, educational certificates, work experience proofs, and caste/disability documents as per specified dimension and format guidelines.

  • New Registration : Click on "CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION" to enter your basic information, which will generate a provisional registration number and password.

  • Application Form Filling : Log in with your credentials, carefully fill out all required details with utmost accuracy, and use the "SAVE AND NEXT" facility to verify your entries before final submission.

  • Image and Document Uploading : Upload your scanned photograph, live captured photo (if required), signature, thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and mandatory PDF attachments at the designated links.

  • Fee Payment : Pay the requisite application fee/intimation charges online using Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets, or UPI through the integrated payment gateway.

  • Final Printout : Complete the registration process, save the e-receipt, and take a system-generated printout of the final application form along with your login credentials for future reference.

Selection Process

  • Online Written Test : Eligible candidates must appear for an online written test comprising sections on Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General/Economy/Banking Awareness, with negative marking of one-fourth of the marks for incorrect answers.

  • Screening : The online applications and documents of the candidates who qualify the written test are scrutinized by the Bank to verify if they fulfill the required eligibility criteria.

  • Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT) : Candidates who have not studied the specified local language of the applied state in their 10th or 12th standard must appear for a qualifying test to assess their reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.

  • Personal Interview : Shortlisted candidates after the written test are called for a personal interview carrying 50 marks, with defined minimum qualifying thresholds for reserved and other categories.

  • Final Selection : The final merit list is prepared state-wise and category-wise based on the combined performance in the Online Written Test and Personal Interview, subject to qualifying the LLPT and completing document verification.
