• Select Advertisement : Scroll down, locate the recruitment notification for Junior Associates, and carefully read the detailed instructions.

• Prepare Scanned Documents : Ensure you have digital copies of your passport-size photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, and the handwritten declaration ready according to the specified dimensions.

• Complete Online Registration : Click on "Apply Online," fill out the application form with correct details, and save your progress to receive a provisional registration number and password.

• Upload Required Files : Upload your scanned photograph (along with capturing a live photo via webcam/mobile if prompted), signature, thumb impression, and handwritten declaration.

• Pay Application Fee : Submit the required fee securely online using a debit card, credit card, or internet banking, and save the generated e-receipt.  

• Final Submission & Print : Review all entered details thoroughly before final submission, as corrections are not permitted afterward, and print a copy of your completed application for your records.

Selection Process

• Phase I : Preliminary Examination — An online objective test consisting of 100 questions for 100 marks across English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability with a 1-hour total duration.

• Phase II : Main Examination — An online objective test consisting of 190 questions for 200 marks across General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude with a 2-hour 40-minute duration.

• Phase III : Local Language Proficiency Test — A mandatory test evaluating reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of the specified opted local language for provisionally selected candidates who have not studied it in their 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/certificate.
