i) Applicant must have obtained at least 50% marks in the Bachelor’s Degree including a graduation degree in Engineering and Technology (45% in case of SC, ST, BC candidates)

ii) at least 50% marks in the Master’s degree in any stream (45% in case of SC/ST, BC candidates)

(Note : Where ever grades are awarded, the same would be converted into percentage as per rules of the University/Institution awarding the grades)

b) Additional Eligibility Conditions

i). Candidates should have passed Graduation/Post-Graduation in relevant subjects as admission in B.Ed. programme is subject-based. The candidate must have studied such subjects at graduation/post-graduation level based on which he/she would be offered two teaching/pedagogical subjects at the time of admission.

ii). A candidate getting admission based on a post-graduate degree shall have to opt for one of the teaching subjects pursued by him/her at the Master’s level.
