Selection Process
Application Screening : Applications are screened, and candidates are shortlisted for the interview in a 1:3 ratio. Interview-cum-Demonstration : Shortlisted candidates attend an interview, which includes a mandatory video-recorded teaching skill demonstration. Merit List Preparation : The final merit list is compiled based on academic qualifications (88 marks) and the interview (12 marks). University Allotment : Universities are allocated based on a merit-cum-choice basis and institutional availability. Provisional Joining : Selected candidates must join within 7 days of the notification and submit a notarized affidavit for provisional appointment.
