How to Apply

• Visit Portal : Access the official website at https://hc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in.

• Read Instructions : Refer to the "How to Apply - User Manual" provided on the HC-OJAS portal.

• Submit Application : Complete and submit your online application before the closing date of July 20, 2026, at 23:59 Hrs.

• Pay Fees : Use the "Print Application / Pay Fee" menu option on the HC-OJAS portal to pay the required fee of Rs. 500/- plus bank charges via SBI e-Pay.

• Confirm Submission : Ensure your application is successfully submitted and confirmed, as only confirmed applications with paid fees are eligible.

Selection Process

• Written Test: Candidates must pass an objective-type, OMR-based examination comprising 100 MCQs (100 marks) with negative marking for wrong answers.

• Viva-voce Test : Candidates who secure at least 50% marks in the written test may be called for an oral interview worth 50 marks, after which a final select list is prepared based on merit.
