Post Wise Qualification

  • Nursing Officer :  B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing Degree OR Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM), 02 Years Exp. in a Min. 50 bedded Hospital, Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State / Indian Nursing Council,
  • Senior Administrative Assistant : Graduate with knowledge of Noting & Drafting and Knowledge of Computer, Typing (English : 30 wpm OR Hindi : 25 wpm), 01 Year Experience.
  • Stenographer : Any Bachelor’s Degree, Shorthand Speed : 80 wpm, Knowledge of Computer.
  • CSSD Assistant : 12th Passed in Science with Diploma in CSSD.
  • Draftsman : 10th Passed, 02 Years ITI in Civil Draughtsmanship.
  • Hospital Attendant Gr-II : 10th Class Passed.
  • Junior Account Officer : B.Com (55% Marks) with Accountancy with 02 Years Experience of Accounts & Knowledge of Computer. 
  • Technical Officer (CWS) : B.E / B.Tech Degree in Electronics / Glass Technology / Mechanical Engineering.
  • Nuclear Medicine Technologist : B.Sc. in Life science and Other Science, 01 Year Diploma in Medical Radiation and Isotope Techniques (DMRIT) OR equivalent approved by AERB. 
  • Store Keeper : PG Degree / Diploma in Material Management of a recognized University/ Institution, Knowledge of Computers.
  • Medical Social Service Officer Gr-II : Master’s Degree in Social Work, Experience in the line with a Welfare of Health Agency.

  • New User Registration : Click on "Registration for New Users" to enter your name, post applied, date of birth, email, and mobile number.

  • Receive Credentials : Your password will be sent to your registered mobile number, and your user ID will be sent to your email.

  • Sign In : Use your credentials to "Sign in for Existing Users" to begin filling out the application form.

  • Enter Details : Complete the four sections: Personal Details, Communication Details, Qualification Details, and Document Upload/Payment.

  • Upload Documents : Upload your recent color photograph, signature, and necessary mark sheets/certificates in the specified formats.

  • Pay Fee : Submit the application fee online via the State Bank of India gateway (Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking).

  • Submit & Print : Finally, click "Submit," view your complete application, and print it for your records.

Selection Process

  • Common Recruitment Test (CRT) : All applicants with valid applications will be allowed to appear for the Computer Based Test.

  • Minimum Qualifying Marks : Candidates must achieve at least 50% for General, EWS, and OBC categories, or 45% for SC and ST categories.

  • Skill Test/Technical Examination : Candidates will be shortlisted based on CRT merit to appear for a skill or technical test, if required for their specific post.

  • Qualifying Nature of Skill Test : The skill test is only qualifying in nature and its marks will not be counted toward the final selection.

  • Final Merit List Preparation : The final merit list is prepared exclusively based on the marks obtained in the Common Recruitment Test (CRT) for those who have qualified in the skill test.

  • Tie-Breaking Policy : In the event of a tie, the rank is determined by the total marks, followed by date of birth, number of wrong answers, marks in the "core" section of the exam, and finally the application number.

  • Document Verification : Selection and appointment are provisional until the verification of documents and the genuineness of the candidate's credentials are completed.
