How to Apply

• Visit the website : Go to the official IIA recruitment page at https://www.iiap.res.in/iia_jobs/.  

• Register your account : Click "Register/Create New Account," enter your name and email, and follow the instructions to create a password via the provided OTP.  

• Prepare your documents : Scan your recent photograph, birth certificate, degree certificates, experience certificates, and valid caste certificate (if applicable).  

• Format your files : Ensure educational and experience certificates are saved separately as single, legible PDF files.  

• Fill the application : Log in with your credentials, complete the online application form, and upload all required documents.  

• Preserve registration number : Carefully note the online Registration Number provided after registration for future reference.  

• Submit and print : Finalize the submission, print a copy of the completed application for your records, and ensure you receive an acknowledgement email.  

• Submit via proper channel (if applicable) : If currently employed in government or public sectors, forward a copy of the application through the proper channel within 30 days of the closing date.

Selection Process

• Initial Screening : Applications are screened based on essential qualifications, with the Institute reserving the right to limit candidates based on higher qualifications if the number of applicants is large.  

• Written Test : Candidates will be tested on English Language and Comprehension, Logical Reasoning, Computer Proficiency, General Awareness, Current Affairs, Numerical Ability, and administrative/financial rules.  

• Skill Test : The Institute reserves the right to conduct a skill test to evaluate professional competence, which will be of qualifying nature and used for merit only in case of a tie.  

• Final Selection : A final list of selected candidates will be notified on the Institute’s official website following the completion of the testing phases.
