Post Wise Qualification

  • Deputy Registrar : Master’s Degree with (55% Marks) and 05 Years Experience.
  • Assistant Registrar : Master’s Degree with (55% Marks).
  • Section Officer : Bachelor’s Degree and 03 Years Experience as Assistant Level 6 OR 8 years Experience as UDC Level 4 and Computer Proficiency.
  • Research-Cum-Statistical Officer : Master’s in Statistics / Maths / Applied Statistics and 03 Years Statistical Data Experience.
  • Assistant Programmer : B.E. / B.Tech CSE / EE OR MCA / M.Sc CS and 02 Years Programming Experience.
  • Assistant : Bachelor’s Degree and 03 Years Experience as UDC Level 4 and Typing / Computer Skills.
  • Personal Assistant : Bachelor’s Degree, Stenography (English / Hindi) : 100 wpm, Typing (English : 35 wpm / Hindi : 30 wpm), 02 Years Experience as Stenographer.
  • Laboratory Assistant : Shiksha Shastri / B.Ed / B.A Psychology and 02 Years Experience and Computer Knowledge.
  • Stenographer : Bachelor’s Degree and Stenography (English / Hindi) : 80 wpm, Typing (English : 35 wpm / Hindi : 30 wpm) Computer Knowledge.
  • Lower Division Clerk (LDC) : Bachelor’s Degree, Typing (English : 35 wpm / Hindi : 30 wpm) and Computer Proficiency.
  • Staff Car Driver : 10th Passed, Valid Commercial Driving License and 05 Years Driving Experience.
  • Pump Operator : ITI in Electrician / Wireman / Fitter and 03 Years Experience OR 10th Passed 05 Years Experience.
  • Library Attendant : 12th Passed, Library Science certificate, 01 Year Library Experience, Basic Computer Knowledge.
  • Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) : 10th Passed OR ITI.

  • Access Portal : Click on the apply link for Advt. No. 01/2026 or go directly to slbsrsvnt.samarth.edu.in.  
  • Registration : Register as a new user using a valid email ID and mobile number to generate login credentials.  
  • Fill Application : Log in and enter your personal, educational, and professional experience details accurately.  
  • Upload Documents : Upload self-attested scanned copies of your photograph, signature, 10th/12th/Degree certificates, and category certificates.  
  • Pay Fee : Pay the required application fee online (Group A : ₹2000; Group B/C : ₹1000 for General/OBC; 50% concession for SC/ST/Women/EWS).
  • Submit Form : Review all details carefully and submit the final application before final date.  
  • Save Confirmation : Download and print the submitted application form and fee receipt for future reference. 

Selection Process

  • Written Examination : Candidates must take a single written test consisting of objective and descriptive questions covering Reasoning, Arithmetic, General Knowledge, Hindi, English, and Domain Knowledge for a total of 200 marks.

  • Minimum Qualification : Applicants must secure at least 50% marks in the written examination to be considered for the next stage of recruitment.

  • Skill Test (Group B & C) : Qualified candidates for Group B and C positions must pass a job-specific skill test of a qualifying nature with at least 50% marks.

  • Interview (Group A) : Shortlisted candidates for the posts of Deputy Registrar and Assistant Registrar are required to attend a personal interview after qualifying the written test.

  • Document Verification : Candidates must provide self-attested copies of educational, experience, age, and category certificates for verification, as any discrepancies can lead to immediate rejection.

  • Final Selection : The university reserves the right to make the final decision on filling the advertised posts based on the overall performance in the prescribed tests and interviews.
