How to Apply?

Step 1 : Profile Registration (One-Time Registration)

Before filling out the specific application, every candidate must have a Permanent Profile ID on the MPESB (formerly Vyapam) portal.
  • Visit the MPESB MPOnline Portal.
  • Click on "Profile Registration".
  • Aadhaar E-KYC : You must link your Aadhaar card via Biometric or OTP (Aadhaar must be updated and mobile-linked).
  • Upload Photo/Signature/Handwriting : You must upload a specific template that includes your photograph (with name and date), signature, and a handwritten declaration in the box provided.
Step 2 : Filling the Application Form
  • Once your profile is ready:
  • Login : Use your Profile ID and Date of Birth to log in.
  • Select Recruitment : Click on the link for "ITI Training Officer Recruitment Test - 2026".
  • Trade Selection : Choose the specific trade you are applying for (e.g., Electrician, Fitter, COPA, etc.) based on your ITI/Diploma/Degree qualification.
  • Check Preference : Select your preferred exam cities and department preferences.
Step 3 : Fee Payment
  • The application is only considered complete after the fee is paid via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or Kiosk.

Selection Process

  • Written Examination (Computer Based Test) : This is the most critical stage. Your performance here determines your rank on the merit list.

  • Medical Examination : A basic health check to ensure fitness for the role.
  • Final Merit List : Based solely on the marks obtained in the written exam (provided you pass the DV).
