Graduate degree from recognized University/ Institues approved by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. How to Apply?

• Step 1 : Register on the NATS Portal - Go to the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at https://nats.education.gov.in, navigate to the "Student Register/Login" section, and complete your registration.

• Step 2 : Note Down Your Enrolment ID - Make a careful note of your unique Enrolment ID issued by the NATS portal upon successful registration for all future correspondence.

• Step 3 : Apply for UCO Bank Apprenticeship - Log into your NATS portal account, navigate to the apprentice opportunities, locate the UCO Bank advertisement, and apply for your preferred single State/UT.

• Step 4 : Check Email for BFSI SSC Invitation - Wait to receive an official email invitation from BFSI Sector Skill Council of India (BFSI SSC) at info@bfsissc.com containing further details and payment instructions.

• Step 5 : Fill Additional Details Online - Click the link provided in the email or visit https://beep.bfsissc.com to submit additional information, including your caste category and preferred choice of training districts.

• Step 6 : Upload Scanned Documents - Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-size photograph, signature, and other required certificates as per the portal's guidelines.

• Step 7 : Pay Application and Exam Fees - Complete the payment of the requisite non-refundable application and examination charges online through the secure payment link by October 29, 2026.

Selection Process

• Online Test (Objective Type) : Candidates must appear for a 60-minute online examination conducted by the BFSI Sector Skill Council of India (BFSI SSC) consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions for 100 marks.

• Test Structure & Medium : The exam covers General/Financial Awareness (25 questions/marks), General English (25 questions/marks), Quantitative Aptitude (25 questions/marks), and Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude (25 questions/marks), available in English and Hindi.

• Minimum Qualifying Marks : Candidates must secure the category-wise passing mark to qualify, which is set at 40 marks for General/EWS candidates and 35 marks for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.

• Merit List Preparation : A provisional merit list is drawn state-wise and category-wise based on descending order of written test marks, with older candidates given preference in case of a tie in marks.

• Local Language Test : Qualified candidates undergo a local language proficiency test during document verification; those who fail or cannot produce 10th/12th standard mark sheets reflecting the opted local language will not be engaged.

• Medical Fitness & Verification : Final selection is subject to document verification, authentication of certificates, and being declared medically fit as per the Bank's requirements.
