Qualification Details

  • SI (Staff Nurse) : Degree / Diploma in GNM.
  • ASI (Lab Tech) : Diploma in Medical Lab Technology.
  • ASI (Physio-Therapist) : Degree / Diploma in Physiotherapy.

  • Step 2 : Access Online Application : Log in using your credentials to view active advertisements under the 'ONLINE APPLICATION' link, then click 'APPLY HERE' next to the relevant post.
  • Step 3 : Fill and Upload Documents : Carefully fill out the application form with your personal and educational details, and upload the required documents, photograph, signature, and thumb impression according to the specified size and format requirements.
  • Step 4 : Submit Application : Review all entries thoroughly for accuracy and click the "submit" button; please note that no corrections can be made after final submission.
  • Step 5 : Pay Examination Fee : If applicable, pay the fee (Rs. 200 for SI posts or Rs. 100 for Group-'C' posts, plus service charges) via net banking, credit/debit card, or a Common Service Centre using the 'Pay now' link in your application history.
