Selection Process

  • Step 1 : Appear for the Tier-I Computer Based Examination consisting of objective-type multiple-choice questions covering subjects like General Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, Hindi, English, and basic computer knowledge.

  • Step 2 : Ensure you meet or exceed the prescribed minimum qualifying marks fixed for your respective category (e.g., General/EWS: 40%, OBC: 35%, SC/ST/PwD: 30%).

  • Step 3 : Face a negative marking penalty of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer attempted in the written examination.

  • Step 4 : Qualify based on the final normalized scores derived from your Computer Based Examination performance to determine initial merit.

  • Step 5 : Submit your e-dossier and exercise post/department preferences online when called by the Board upon clearing the written examination stage.

  • Step 6 : Undergo document verification where the Board checks your eligibility against the recruitment rules and categories before final selection.
