  • Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying degree.
  • Candidates must have appeared in GATE-2025 – Electrical Engineering (EE) and should possess minimum 70% GATE-2025 score.

  • Step 2 : Upload Photograph - Candidates shall be required to upload a recent photograph.
  • Step 3: Upload Signature - Candidates shall be required to upload their signature.
  • Step 4: Upload GATE-2025 Scorecard - Candidates shall be required to upload the GATE-2025 scorecard with the correct registration number.
  • Step 5 : Upload Birth Proof - Candidates shall be required to upload the matriculation or 10th certificate as proof of date of birth.
  • Step 6 : Upload Degree Certificate - Candidates shall be required to upload their degree or provisional degree certificate.
  • Step 7 : Upload Marksheets - Candidates shall be required to upload marksheets of all semesters and years.
  • Step 8 : Upload Additional Documents - Candidates shall be required to upload other documents as specified in the detailed instructions.
  • Step 9 : Verify Information - Candidates should ensure that the information furnished in the application is correct and complete.

Selection Process

  • Stage-I Selection - Shortlisting based on GATE-2025 score - Shortlisting based on the candidate's GATE-2025 score in Electrical Engineering (EE).

  • Stage-II Selection - Personal Interview - Personal Interview for the shortlisted candidates.

  • Final Merit Weightage - Calculated using 75% weightage for the GATE-2025 Score and 25% weightage for the Personal Interview.
