Step 2 : Prepare Documents — Keep scanned copies of your latest passport-size color photograph (under 100 KB) and signature (under 50 KB) in JPG format ready. Step 3 : Visit Careers Portal — Go to the official HAL website at www.hal-india.co.in and navigate to the careers section to open the registration link for Junior Executives on Short Term Basis. Step 4 : Fill Eligibility Details — Enter your eligibility details accurately to generate a unique Application Number, keeping in mind that these details cannot be edited later. Step 5 : Complete Application Form — Fill in all required personal and academic details in the online form, using the edit option if needed before final submission. Step 6 : Pay Application Fee — Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₹500 via SBI Collect using credit card, internet banking, or UPI (SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempt). Step 7 : Wait for Validation — Allow 48 to 72 hours for payment validation if you belong to the UR, OBC-NCL, or EWS categories.
