Qualification Details

  • Graduate Apprentice : 04 Years Graduation Degree in Related Engineering Field.
  • Diploma Apprentice : 03 Years Diploma in Related Engg. Field.
  • ITI Trade Apprentice : ITI / NCVT Certificated in Related Trade.
  • Note : Only Indian Nationals under the Northern Region (Candidates of Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand) are Eligible.
  • Candidates Passed Degree / Diploma in or After 2024 are Eligible.

How to Apply?

  • For Graduate/Diploma Candidates : Visit the NATS 2.0 portal at nats.education.gov.in, complete your basic registration via e-KYC using your mobile number, email, and [Aadhaar Redacted], and activate your account.

  • For ITI Trade Candidates : Visit the Apprenticeship Portal at www.apprenticeshipindia.org, click on the "Register" button on the top toolbar, select "Candidate," and fill out the short registration form with your basic, family, and contact details.

  • Profile Completion (NATS) : Log in to the NATS portal, fill in your basic details, educational information, communication details, and training preferences, and upload or fetch your provisional certificate using DigiLocker and your APAAR ID before final submission.

  • Profile Completion (ITI) : Log in to the Apprenticeship Portal using your registered email ID or registration number and password, click "Complete Your Profile," and add your "About Me" and contact details using the edit option.

  • Search Establishment : Search for the establishment Airports Authority of India – RHQ NR, New Delhi using code NDLSWC000002 on the NATS portal or E05200700101 on the NAPS portal.

  • Final Application : Locate the relevant training position, select your preferred location if prompted, and click on the Apply button to submit your application before the deadline of 16 September, 2026.

Selection Process

  • Online Portal Application : Submit applications through the designated NATS or NAPS web portals by finding the Airports Authority of India establishment.

  • Provisional Merit Shortlisting : Initial candidate selection is made provisionally based on marks obtained in the qualifying educational examination.  

  • Email Notification for Verification : Shortlisted eligible candidates are notified via their registered email IDs for document verification.

  • Document Verification and Interview : Candidates attend the document verification and interview process while furnishing original certificates and copies.

  • Medical Examination : Shortlisted candidates undergo a medical examination to submit a valid Medical Fitness Certificate.

  • Final Selection and Contract Signing : Final selection is finalized based on merit, document verification, and medical fitness, followed by signing the apprenticeship contract.
