| MTSS ES-V | 3-year Diploma in Electronics/Computer Science/IT/Telecommunication OR Bachelor in Electronics/Computer Science/Computer Application/IT OR DOEACC ‘A’ level certificate, with 2 years’ experience. |
| MTSS ES-IV | Same academic qualification as MTSS ES-V (Diploma/Bachelor/DOEACC ‘A’ level), with 1 year’s experience. |
