How to Apply?

• Mandatory OTR Registration : Visit the official UPPSC OTR portal at https://otr.pariksha.nic.in and complete your One Time Registration (OTR) to obtain your mandatory OTR number at least 72 hours prior to final application.

• Access Commission Website : Go to the official UPPSC website at https://uppsc.up.nic.in and click on the "ALL NOTIFICATIONS/ADVERTISEMENTS" section to view the active notifications.

• Authentication and Stage One : Select "Apply" next to the examination, authenticate using your OTR number via OTP or password to automatically retrieve your personal details, and fill in the required essential qualifications.

• Application Form Completion (Stage Two) : Access the applicant dashboard, click "Submit Details" under Application Part-2, verify your permanent and correspondence addresses, and select Yes/No for any preferential qualifications.

• Fee Payment (Stage Three) : Proceed to the fee confirmation window, click "Proceed for fee payment" to access the SBI MOPS gateway (Net Banking, Card, or other modes), pay the requisite fee, and save the payment transaction slip.

• Final Submission and Print (Stage Four) : Review all filled details on the preview page, click the final "Submit" button to complete the application process, and securely print out a hard copy of the submitted form for future reference.

Selection Process

• Preliminary Examination : Objective-type test consisting of General Studies and relevant subject/Hindi depending on the post.

• Main Examination : Conventional/written descriptive type test evaluated out of designated marks based on specific post syllabi.

• Document Verification : Mandatory submission and physical verification of original marksheets, certificates, and category-supporting documents.

• Medical Examination : Final health and medical fitness assessment required for successful candidates under the rules.
