Post Wise Qualification
Staff Nurse : GNM / B.Sc. Nursing and A Grade Nurse Registered with HNRC / Equivalent. Ayurvedic Pharmacist : Up-Vaidya OR 12th with PCB and Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy. Clerk : Any Bachelor Degree and English Typing Speed : 30 wpm.

Selection Process
Selection Process for Staff Nurse & Ayurvedic Pharmacist Written Test (Phase-1) : Candidates appear for a 90-mark MCQ-based written test covering the concerned subject, reasoning, mathematics, Haryana GK, current affairs, English, Hindi, and basic computer knowledge. Academic Achievements (Phase-2) : Up to 10 marks are awarded based on the percentage achieved in the required professional qualification (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing or UP-Vaidya/Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy). Physical Document Verification & Shortlisting : Candidates are shortlisted in a 1:5 post-to-candidate ratio based on combined written test and academic scores for mandatory document verification. Final Merit & Tie-Breaking : Final selection is determined by overall merit, with age and alphabetical order of candidate and father's names used as tie-breakers. Selection Process for Clerk Typing Test (Phase-1) : Candidates take a 10-minute English computer typing test worth up to 15 marks, requiring a minimum speed of 30 Net Words Per Minute (NWPM). Written Test (Phase-2) : Candidates who pass the typing test appear for a 70-mark MCQ-based written test covering reasoning, mathematics, Haryana GK, current affairs, English, Hindi, and basic computer knowledge. Academic Achievements (Phase-3) : Up to 15 marks are awarded based on the percentage obtained across 10th, 12th, and graduation levels (5 marks each). Physical Document Verification & Final Merit : Shortlisted candidates in a 1:5 ratio undergo physical document verification, following which final selection is made on overall cumulative merit.
