Access Registration Link : Click on the link titled "SELECTION OF DESIGN TRAINEE/ MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - 2026" and select the specific post you wish to apply for. Complete Email OTP Verification : Enter and re-enter a valid, active email ID to complete the OTP-based registration process. Fill Eligibility Details and Upload Photo : Enter your eligibility details and upload a soft copy of your latest passport-size colour photograph (in .jpg format, less than 180 kbs) to generate a unique Application Number. Provide Personal and Qualification Data : Fill in your personal and educational qualification details carefully, utilizing the "Edit" option if changes are required before final submission. Pay Application Fee Online : For UR, OBC(NCL), and EWS candidates, pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- (plus applicable convenience fees/taxes) using Credit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI via the SBIePAY payment gateway (SC/ST/PwBD/Internal candidates are exempt). Save Application Confirmation Page : Download and print the final Application Confirmation Page generated after successful submission and fee payment for future reference.
Selection Process
Online Computer-Based Selection Test : Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria must appear for an All-India online test comprising multiple-choice questions divided into General Awareness, English & Reasoning, and the concerned engineering discipline. Shortlisting for Interview : Candidates are shortlisted based on their online test scores in a 1:15 ratio to the vacancies in each discipline and category following specific merit grouping. Personal Interview : Shortlisted candidates are required to attend a personal interview held at Bengaluru. Final Merit List Preparation : The final merit list is prepared by assigning an 85% weightage to the online test marks and a 15% weightage to the interview marks, requiring candidates to secure at least 50% marks in each. Pre-Employment Medical Examination : Provisionally selected candidates must undergo and pass a pre-employment medical examination to meet the company's health standards.
