  • Senior Manager (Cyber Security) : B.E. / B. Tech in Cyber Security / Computer Science Engineering /Information Technology /Information Science and Technology / Software Engineering / Computer Technology / Computer Systems / Information Systems / Information Science / Software Engg. (or) Master of Computer Application (MCA) with licensing/certification for Cyber Security Consultant with Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security + 1 year experience in Cyber Security related works (OR) Bachelor’s Degree in Other Disciplines + 5 years’ experience in Cyber Security related works.
  • Senior Manager (Intellectual Property) : Degree in Science, Engineering or Technology discipline with 06 years’ experience in Indian Patent Firm and should have passed the Patent Agent Examination conducted by Indian Patent Office under the Controller General of Patents, Design & Trade Marks (CGPDTM) and registered as a Patent Agent with the Register of Patent Agents renewed up to date.

Selection Process

Computer Based Test (CBT)
  • Eligible candidates must undergo a written Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of 100 objective-type questions.

Trade Test / Interview
  • Junior Technician : Candidates must qualify in a practical Trade Test related to their specific trade.

  • Junior/Assistant/Deputy Manager : Shortlisted candidates must undergo an Interview (carrying 15% weightage) to assess technical knowledge and experience.

  • Senior/Higher Management/Consultant : No written test is held; candidates are selected through assessment parameters (presentation, experience, expertise, knowledge) and an Interview.

Document Verification & Medical Examination
  • Final Selection : Candidates are subject to verification of all educational, category, and experience certificates, followed by a "Medically Fit" certification by the company's competent authority.
