Qualification Details
Marketing : MBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM in Marketing, Agribusiness, or related disciplines with minimum 60% marks OR B.Sc Agriculture with M.Sc Agriculture specialization. Finance & Accounts : CA/ICWA/CMA OR MBA/ PGDM/ PGDBM in Finance/ Financial Management. Materials : Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Material Science related disciplines OR MBA/ PGDM in Materials/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management. Step II : Filling Up Details — Log in to the recruitment portal and furnish all required information, including post selection, personal details, education, and experience. Step III : Uploading Documents — Upload necessary certificates (education, experience, caste, etc.), a passport-sized photograph, and your signature in the specified formats. Step IV : Preview and Submission — Review your details carefully as they cannot be changed after final submission, then proceed to submit your application. Step V : Payment of Fee — Pay the non-refundable application fee online via credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.
Selection Process
Offline OMR Based Examination : Candidates must appear for a 150-mark objective type test (100 discipline-related, 50 aptitude-related). Personal Interview : Shortlisted candidates (tentatively in a 1:05 ratio) will be called for a personal interview. Final Selection : A merit list will be prepared based on a weighted performance of 80% from the OMR test and 20% from the personal interview.
