  • Navigate to Application Link : Click on the "Application" link under "Citizen Services" to find the AEO recruitment notification and rules.  

  • Fill Application Form : Complete the online application form with all required details, ensuring accuracy, as you are responsible for the information provided.  

  • Upload Documents : Scan and upload your color photograph (with name and date), signature, and handwritten text in the specified format.  

  • Verify Information : Review all entries carefully before submitting the form, as corrections are limited to the designated revision window.  

  • Submit and Pay Fee : Proceed to payment using credit/debit cards or net banking; alternatively, visit an authorized MP Online Kiosk for submission and cash payment.  

  • Print Receipt : Save and print the computerized application receipt and payment confirmation for future reference.

Selection Process

  • Online Application : Candidates must submit their applications via the official MPESB website or authorized kiosks.  

  • Admit Card Issuance : Candidates download their admit cards from the MPESB website using their application number.  

  • Written Examination : A 200-mark computer-based objective test is conducted, covering general subjects and agriculture-related topics.  

  • Normalization of Scores : For examinations held in multiple shifts, the Board applies the "Normalised Equi-Percentile (NEP) scaling technique".  

  • Result Declaration : The Board publishes the merit list and waiting list based on the normalized scores of the candidates.  

  • Document Verification : The recruiting department verifies the educational and professional certificates of the successful candidates.  

  • Appointment : The respective department issues final appointment orders to eligible candidates following successful document verification.
