How to Apply

  • Visit Website : Access the official website of the High Court of Delhi at www.delhihighcourt.nic.in.  

  • Create Login : Start by creating a new login and filling out the online application form starting from 01 July, 2026 From 10:00 AM.  

  • Submit Form : Complete the online application form in the prescribed format before the deadline of 15 July, 2026 Till 5:30 PM.  

  • Make Payment : Pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 2,000 for General candidates or Rs. 500 for reserved categories via Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI.  

  • Save Record : Print a copy of the completed application form for your personal reference, noting that it should not be sent to the High Court.

Selection Process

  • Delhi Higher Judicial Service Preliminary Examination : This is an objective-type test that includes 25% negative marking and is used to select candidates for the Mains Examination.  

  • Delhi Higher Judicial Service Mains Examination : This is a written examination used to select candidates to be called for the viva-voce.  

  • Viva-Voce : The final stage of the selection process.
