How to Apply

• Visit Career Page : Go to the official Bank website at https://www.idbi.bank.in/idbi-bank-careers-current-openings.aspx.
• Select Recruitment Link : Open the link titled "Recruitment of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Grade 'O'- Regional: 2026-27".
• Start Registration : Click on "APPLY ONLINE" and select "Click here for New Registration" to enter your basic details.
• Note Credentials : Save the Provisional Registration Number and Password generated by the system for future use.
• Fill Application : Complete the online application form carefully, ensuring all personal and educational details are accurate.
• Upload Documents : Upload your scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration according to the specified guidelines.
• Verify Information : Use the "Preview" tab to verify all entered information before final submission.
• Complete Registration : Click the "COMPLETE REGISTRATION" button only after ensuring all details and uploaded images are correct.
• Make Payment : Proceed to the "Payment" tab, choose the online payment mode, and submit the application fee/intimation charges.
• Save Receipts : Print the system-generated application form and e-receipt for your records and for submission during subsequent stages.

Selection Process

• Step 1 : Online Test (OT) : Candidates will appear for a 200-mark objective-type online examination consisting of four sections.
• Step 2 : Document Verification (DV) : Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in the online test must produce all original documents to verify their eligibility (age, education, category, etc.).
• Step 3 : Personal Interview (PI) : Shortlisted candidates will undergo a personal interview, which is assessed for 100 marks with minimum qualifying standards.
• Step 4 : Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT) : Finally, candidates must be found medically fit according to the Bank's Medical Fitness Standards.
