Visit Portal : Navigate to the official website at https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. Registration/Login : Register or log in to your account on the portal. Fill Details : Accurately enter your 10th-grade and ITI marks in the qualification section; do not include higher qualifications. Upload Documents : Upload a soft copy of your recent color passport-size photograph, scanned signature, and necessary educational/technical documents. Submit Application : Finalize and submit your application online before the deadline of 11-06-2026 (23:59 hrs). Special Cases (EWS/Ex-Servicemen) : If EWS or Ex-Serviceman options are unavailable on the portal, apply under your actual community category and submit the required certificates physically to the office.
Selection Process
Merit Calculation : A merit list is prepared by taking the average of the percentage marks obtained in both the 10th class examination (minimum 50% aggregate) and the ITI examination, with equal weightage given to both. Document Verification : Shortlisted candidates must present original testimonials; failure to produce these or the presence of any discrepancies will result in cancellation of candidature. Medical Examination : Selected candidates must provide a medical certificate in the prescribed proforma, signed by a Government authorized Doctor (Gazetted), not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon. Apprenticeship Contract : The selected candidate (or their guardian if they are a minor) must enter into a formal contract of apprenticeship with the employer.
