Qualification

• Mandatory : Graduate with a degree in Law or a Law Graduate from a recognized university in India.
• Preferred : 5-year integrated law course from a recognized university in India may be given preference.

Experience

• Mandatory : Law graduates who have enrolled as Advocates with Bar Council and have 02 years of experience as practicing advocate. Or
• 02 Years of experience as Law Officer in the Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Banks. Or
• 02 years of combined experience as practicing advocate and Law officer in the Legal department of Scheduled Commercial banks.

Selection Process

• Online Written Test : Candidates must appear for a computer-based test comprising both objective and descriptive papers covering professional knowledge, reasoning, general aptitude, and English language.

• Shortlisting : Based on performance and minimum qualifying marks in the online test, adequate numbers of top-ranking candidates are shortlisted for the interview stage.

• Interview : Shortlisted candidates participate in a personal interview carrying a maximum weightage of 100 marks to evaluate professional suitability.

• Final Merit List : The final selection and ranking are determined through a normalized weightage of 70% for the online written test and 30% for the interview.
