How to Apply

• Visit the Official Portal : Go to the official website of the MPESB at www.esb.mp.gov.in to access the online application portal.

• Read the Rule Book : Download and thoroughly read the official 2026 exam recruitment rule book to understand all eligibility criteria and guidelines before applying.

• Complete Online Registration : Fill out the online application form with accurate personal and educational details as required.

• Mandatory Aadhar Registration : Ensure your Aadhar registration is completed, as it is mandatory for the application process.

• Upload Documents : Upload the required documents and a photograph, ensuring the photograph is not more than three months old and includes your name and the date it was taken.

• Pay Examination Fees : Pay the prescribed application fee through the portal. Note that kiosk portal charges apply if filling the form through a kiosk.

• Registration for Employment Office : Candidates must have a valid registration with the Madhya Pradesh State Employment Office on the date of the application.

• Final Submission & Print : Review all entered information carefully, submit the form, and save your application number, as it is essential for downloading your admit card and checking future exam status.

Selection Process

• Online Application : Candidates must submit their applications online through the official website.

• Written Examination : A computer-based written examination (CBT) consisting of 100 objective-type questions (1 mark each) will be conducted as the first step.

• Merit List Preparation (Written) : Following the written exam, a district-wise, category-wise/class-wise list of candidates, based on required marks, will be provided to the department.

• Physical Efficiency Test (PET) : The relevant department will conduct physical measurements and a walk test for the candidates based on the merit list.

• Result Verification : The department will provide the list of successful/unsuccessful candidates from the physical test to the MPESB.

• Final Merit List : Based on the results, the MPESB will prepare and display the final merit and waiting list.

• Document Verification : All necessary documents and certificates will be verified by the department during the physical measurement and walk test stage.

• Medical Examination & Character Verification : Selected candidates must undergo a medical examination and character verification to be considered for final appointment.
