  • Visit the official PSPCL website at www.pspcl.in and click on the Recruitment tab.

  • Select the link for "Recruitment for the post of Assistant Lineman against CRA 317/26".

  • Click on NEW REGISTRATION to provide your personal details, or REGISTERED CANDIDATE if you have already started the process.

  • Fill in all required information, including your photograph and signature in the specified formats.

  • Review your details using the Save and Preview option, then submit your application.

  • After submission, log in to the portal, click the Pay Fee button, and complete the payment via the SBI Payment Gateway using online banking, credit card, or debit card.

  • Once the fee status shows as "Paid", log in again to download and print your completed application form for your records.

Selection Process

  • Online Application : Candidates must submit an online application through the PSPCL website.

  • Computer-Based Test (CBT) : An online test consisting of two parts :

    • Part-I (Qualifying) : A mandatory Punjabi Language test (50 questions) requiring a minimum of 50% marks to qualify for the final merit list.

    • Part-II (Merit-based) : A 100-question test covering technical subjects, Punjabi language, General Knowledge, Reasoning, and Arithmetic.

  • Merit List Preparation : A category-wise merit list is prepared based on the marks secured in Part-II of the computer-based test (excluding Sports Person category candidates).

  • Document Checking : Candidates who qualify in the online examination are called for a verification of original documents, including qualifications, age, and reservation certificates.

  • Selection Panel : Candidates who successfully complete document checking and meet all eligibility criteria are placed on the selection panel for the appointment offer.
