Technician-B (ITI Carpenter) : 10th Passed, ITI / NTC / NAC in Carpenter trade from NCVT. Draughtsman (Civil) : 10th Passed, ITI / NTC / NAC in Draughtsman Civil trade from NCVT. Registration Period : Complete the online registration between June 27, 2026 (10:00 AM) and July 20, 2026 (11:55 PM). Prepare Documents : Keep clear scanned copies of your passport photo (50–100 KB), signature (50–100 KB), and required qualification/experience certificates in .jpg/.jpeg format ready for upload. Fill Application : Enter all required details carefully, as the application cannot be edited once submitted. Registration Number : Save the generated online registration number and print a copy of the completed application for future reference. Pay Fee : Complete the application fee payment via the Bharatkosh e-Payment gateway link provided upon submission of your application. Payment Modes : Use Internet Banking, UPI, or domestic Debit Cards; cash, cheques, or demand drafts are not accepted.
Selection Process
Initial Screening : Applications are shortlisted based on academic performance and other criteria provided in the online application. Written Test/CBT : Screened-in candidates are called for a Written Test or Computer Based Test (CBT), which is curriculum-based. Skill Test : Candidates qualifying in the Written Test/CBT are called for a Skill Test in a 1:5 ratio (with a minimum of 10 candidates), which is conducted on a strict go-no-go (qualifying) basis. Final Selection : The final selection is determined based on the marks obtained in the Written Test/CBT among those who qualify the Skill Test.
