Selection Process

  • Scrutiny of Eligibility Criteria : Shortlisting of applications is based on the certification, educational qualifications, and other documents uploaded during the online registration.

  • Online Examination : An objective-type test consisting of English Language (25 questions/25 marks) and Professional Knowledge relevant to the post (100 questions/100 marks) with a composite duration of 120 minutes.

  • Personal Interview : Candidates who secure minimum qualifying marks in the online test and rank sufficiently high in order of merit are called for a personal interview, which carries a total of 100 marks.

  • Alternative Selection Process : The Bank reserves the right to conduct the selection process solely through a personal interview, without holding an online test, based on candidates' qualifications, experience, and overall suitability.

  • Final Selection : If both an online test and interview are conducted, final merit is determined by a 70:30 weightage ratio of the online examination (Professional Knowledge Test marks) and the interview. If only an interview is conducted, final selection is based exclusively on the interview marks.
