How to Apply

  • NAPS Registration : First, mandatorily register on the NAPS portal at https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.

  • Access Careers Page : Visit https://www.sbi.co.in/careers or https://sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings.

  • Fill Application : Open the online application form for "Engagement of Apprentices in SBI" and fill in your details carefully.

  • Upload Documents : Scan and upload your photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration as per the specified guidelines.

  • Pay Fees : Complete the online payment of the application fees (if applicable) through the integrated payment gateway.

  • Submit & Print : Submit the final application and take a printout of the system-generated form for your records.

Selection Process

  • Online Written Test : Candidates must qualify in an objective-type online examination consisting of General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude.

  • Test of Local Language : Candidates must demonstrate proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in the specified local language of the state they applied for; those with 10th or 12th standard mark sheets evidencing this are exempt.

  • Medical Examination : Final engagement is subject to the candidate being declared medically fit according to the Bank's requirements.
