• General Educational Qualification: According to the Personnel Department notifications, the academic qualification required to appear for the Common Eligibility Test (Graduate Level) is a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from a recognized university.   

• Final Year Students: Candidates who are currently appearing or are enrolled in the final year of their graduation degree course are permitted to apply for the CET; however, they must acquire the mandatory educational qualification in accordance with the provisions of the respective departmental service rules before the main recruitment examination.   

• Post-Specific Rules: While the CET itself requires a graduation degree for eligibility, the specific educational qualifications, professional requirements, and age limits for individual services/posts (such as Patwari, Junior Accountant, Platoon Commander, Supervisor, Village Development Officer, Hostel Superintendent, etc.) will be governed by their respective service rules and will be detailed separately in the notifications issued for the main recruitment examinations.

How to Apply?

• 1. Access the SSO Portal : Log in to your account on the Rajasthan Single Sign-On (SSO) portal at [http://sso.rajasthan.gov.in](http://sso.rajasthan.gov.in) using your credentials.

• 2. Navigate to Recruitment Portal: Select the Recruitment Portal application available under the Citizen Apps (G2C) section.

• 3. Complete One Time Registration (OTR) : Click on Apply Now, and if you haven't paid the OTR fee yet, go to the OTR Tab to input your category, disability status, and home state details before paying the required fee.

• 4. Review OTR Information Carefully : Ensure that your category, disability status, and home state details are entered accurately during OTR, as these cannot be changed later in the application form.

• 5. Verify Academic Qualifications in ODV : Accurately select your educational qualifications within the ODV section of your OTR dashboard and upload required qualification documents under the document details section.

• 6. Initiate the Application Form : Once OTR is completed, access the CET Graduate Level recruitment listing on the Recruitment Portal and proceed to fill out the application form.

• 7. Fill Mandatory Details : Enter all required information, including a mandatory visible body mark, and carefully review all non-OTR fields to ensure complete accuracy.

• 8. Finalize Submission and Generate ID : Perform a final review, submit the application form, and immediately save or print the generated Application ID / Number for your records.

Selection Process

• Stage 1 : Common Eligibility Test (CET) - 2026 : Candidates must first appear and qualify for the CET-2026 written examination, which acts purely as an eligibility test and does not guarantee a job by itself. The exam consists of 150 objective-type multiple-choice questions carrying a total of 300 marks for a duration of 3 hours, with a negative marking of one-third (1/3) marks for wrong answers.

• Stage 2 : Minimum Qualifying Marks : Candidates must score a minimum of 40% marks in the CET-2026 to be eligible for consideration in subsequent recruitment stages (with a 5% relaxation in minimum marks applicable to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates).

• Stage 3 : Validity of Score : The CET-2026 score remains valid for three years from the date of the declaration of the result, as per personnel department guidelines. Candidates can also improve their score in subsequent CET attempts, and their best available valid score will be considered.

• Stage 4 : Main Recruitment Examination / Selection : For final selection into specific services/posts (such as Patwari, Junior Accountant, Platoon Commander, Village Development Officer, etc.), participating departments will conduct separate main recruitment exams, interviews, or a combination of both according to their respective service rules. Candidates are shortlisted category-wise based on merit and vacancies available for the main examination.

• Stage 5 : Document Verification & Final Merit : Shortlisted candidates from the main exam undergo a detailed document verification process and eligibility check by the respective authorities before final appointment.
