Part 1 : Craft Instructor (Degree / Diploma) — Posts 1 to 25

1. Craft Instructor Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) (Degree/Diploma)

• (A) Academic : 10th pass with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system from a recognized School or Board.

• (B) Technical :

  1. (i) Bachelor of Vocational/Degree in Chemical Technology/Engineering from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)/University Grants Commission (UGC) recognized Engineering College/university; and (ii) One year' relevant experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or teaching experience in a Government institution or an institution recognized by the Government after acquiring the requisite qualification. OR

  2. (i) 03 years Diploma in Chemical Technology/ Engineering from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)/ recognized Board of Technical Education or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from Director General of Training; and (ii) Two years' relevant experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or teaching experience in a government institution or an institution recognized by the Government after acquiring the requisite qualification.

• Note : Degree or Diploma holders shall have to acquire "National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC)" in Chemical Plant Technology Trade at his own within a period of three years from the date of appointment. If he fails to acquire it, his service shall be dispensed with.

2. Craft Instructor (Draughtsman Civil) (Degree/Diploma)

• (A) Academic : 10th pass with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system from a recognized School or Board.

• (B) Technical :

  1. (i) Bachelor of Vocational / Degree in Civil Engineering from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)/University Grants Commission (UGC) recognized Engineering College/university; and (ii) One year' relevant experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or teaching experience in a Government institution or an institution recognized by the Government after acquiring the requisite qualification. OR

  2. (i) 03 years Diploma in Civil Engineering from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) / recognized board of technical education or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from Director General of Training; and (ii) Two years' relevant experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or teaching experience in a Government institution or an institution recognized by the Government after acquiring the requisite qualification.

• Noten : Must acquire "National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC)" in Draughtsman Civil within 3 years of appointment, failing which services will be dispensed with.

3. Craft Instructor (Electronics Mechanic) (Degree/Diploma)

• (A) Academic : 10th pass with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system from a recognized School or Board.

• (B) Technical :

  1. (i) Bachelor of Vocational / Degree in Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunication /Electronics and communication Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized Engineering College/university; and (ii) One year' relevant experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or teaching experience in a Government institution or an institution recognized by the Government after acquiring the requisite qualification. OR

  2. (i) 03 years Diploma in Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunication /Electronics and communication Engineering from AICTE / recognized board of technical education or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from Director General of Training; and (ii) Two years' relevant experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or teaching experience in a government institution or an institution recognized by the Government after acquiring the requisite qualification.

4. Craft Instructor (Electroplater) (Degree/Diploma)

• (A) Academic : 10th pass with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system from a recognized School or Board.

• (B) Technical :

  1. (i) Bachelor of Vocational / Degree in Chemical Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized Engineering College/university; and (ii) One year' relevant experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or teaching experience in a Government institution or an institution recognized by the Government after acquiring the requisite qualification. OR

  2. • (B) Technical :

(i) Bachelor of Vocational / Degree in Mechanical Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized Engineering College/university; and (ii) One year' relevant experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or teaching experience in a government institution or an institution recognized by the Government after acquiring the requisite qualification. OR

  2. (i) 03 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from AICTE / recognized board of technical education or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from Director General of Training; and (ii) Two years' relevant experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or teaching experience in a government institution or an institution recognized by the Government after acquiring the requisite qualification.

6. Craft Instructor (Industrial Painter) (Degree/Diploma)

• (A) Academic : 10th pass with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system from a recognized School or Board.

• (B) Technical :

  1. (i) Bachelor of Vocational / Degree in Paint Technology/Bachelor of fine Arts from AICTE/UGC recognized Engineering College/university; and (ii) One year' relevant experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or teaching experience in a government institution or an institution recognized by the Government after acquiring the requisite qualification. OR

  2. (i) 03 years Diploma in Paint Technology/Painting from AICTE / recognized board of technical education or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from Director General of Training; and (ii) Two years' relevant experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or teaching experience in a government institution or an institution recognized by the Government after acquiring the requisite qualification.

• Note : Must acquire "National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC)" in Paint Technology Trade within 3 years of appointment, failing which services will be dispensed with.

7. Craft Instructor (Instrument Mechanic) (Degree/Diploma)

• (A) Academic : 10th pass with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system from a recognized School or Board.

• (B) Technical :

  1. (i) Bachelor of Vocational / Degree in Instrumentation/Instrumentation and Control Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized Engineering College/university; and (ii) One year' relevant experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or teaching experience in a Government institution or an institution recognized by the Government after acquiring the requisite qualification. OR

  2. 8. Craft Instructor (Machinist) (Degree/Diploma)

• (A) Academic : 10th pass with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system from a recognized School or Board.

• (B) Technical :

  1. (i) Bachelor of Vocational / Degree in Mechanical Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized Engineering College/university; and (ii) One year' relevant experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or teaching experience in a Government institution or an institution recognized by the Government after acquiring the requisite qualification. OR

  2. 9. Craft Instructor, Machinist Grinder (Diploma/Degree)

• (A) Academic : 10th pass with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system from a recognized School or Board.

• (B) Technical :

  1. (i) Bachelor of Vocational / Degree in any branch of Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized Engineering College/university; and (ii) One year' relevant experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or teaching experience in a Government institution or an institution recognized by the Government after acquiring the requisite qualification. OR

  2. (i) Bachelor of Vocational / Degree in Agriculture Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized Engineering College/university; and (ii) One year' relevant experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or teaching experience in a Government institution or an institution recognized by the Government after acquiring the requisite qualification.   2. • (B) Technical :

(i) Bachelor of Vocational / Degree in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical/Electronics & communication Engineering (with specialization in Automobile) from AICTE/UGC recognized Engineering College/university; and (ii) One year' relevant experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or teaching experience in a Government institution or an institution recognized by the Government after acquiring the requisite qualification.
