How to Apply?

• Age Eligibility: Ensure you are at least 14 years old as of September 01, 2026.

• Educational Qualification: Check that you meet the required 8th, 10th, or 12th class passing criteria for your chosen trade.

• Access Application Portal: Visit the Rajasthan Government integrated portal at sso.rajasthan.gov.in/E-Mitra or check the website http://hteapp.hte.rajasthan.gov.in/iti_admission/.

• Submit Online Form: Complete and submit your online application form through an E-Mitra kiosk or the designated portal between June 29, 2026, and July 28, 2026.

• Pay Application Fee: Pay the required application and processing fee of Rs. 175/- for SC/ST applicants or Rs. 200/- for other applicants by July 28, 2026.

Selection Process

• Online Application Period : Eligible candidates can submit their applications online via the Rajasthan integrated portal or E-Mitra kiosks starting from 29 July, 2026 to 28 July, 2026.

• Provisional Merit List Release : The department releases the provisional merit list for the applicants on 01 August, 2026.

• IMC Seats Admission Date : Admissions at the institutional level for "Institute Management Committee" (IMC) seats are conducted directly at the respective institutes on 03 August, 2026.

• IMC Admission Upload Deadline : Institutes must upload the information of candidates admitted under IMC seats online by 03 August, 2026.

• First Seat Allotment Date : The central online portal publishes the first seat allotment results on 05 August, 2026.

• First Allotment Reporting Deadline : Candidates allotted seats in the first round must report to their designated institute with required training fees and original documents between 06 August, 2026 and 08 August, 2026.

• Second Seat Allotment Date : The second round of seat allocation for choice-exhausted candidates and upward movement applicants takes place on 12 August, 2026.

• Second Allotment Reporting Period : Candidates receiving seats in the second round must report to their institutions with original documents and fees from 13 August, 2026 to 14 August, 2026.

• Second Round Reporting Upload : Institutes must complete the online reporting upload for second-round admissions by 06 August, 2026.

• Commencement of Regular Classes : Regular classes for the admitted trainees officially begin on August, 2026.
