4. Irrevocability
Once submitted, the application cannot be withdrawn. Application fee once paid will not be refunded or reserved for other recruitment.

Fill all required details and click "Generate OTP". OTPs will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID. Enter them to verify.

Agree to terms and conditions by ticking the checkbox, click "Re-verify", then "Submit". User ID and password will be sent to your email and mobile. Click "Go To Application" to proceed.

7. Application Details & Payment
After logging in, fill all details and upload documents. Then submit and proceed to pay the application fee online via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card.

8. Scanning Instructions
- Photograph: Recent color photo with light background (max 3 weeks old), size 50–100 KB (jpg/jpeg).
- Signature: Black ink on white paper, scanned area only, size 50–100 KB (jpg/jpeg).
- Documents: 10th, 12th, B.Sc. (Agri), and conversion certificate scanned in PDF/JPG/JPEG (100–1000 KB).
- Aadhaar Card: Upload as per specified size and format.
- Note: If extra documents are needed, upload as merged PDF in specified tab.
9. Preview and Submit
Preview the filled form, correct any mistakes, then click "Submit". Pay a non-refundable fee of ₹500. You’ll be redirected to the payment gateway.

10. Payment Guidelines
- After submission, you will be redirected to make payment online.
- Verify details and complete payment via available modes.
- After successful payment, you’ll return to the application form.

More than one registration/application should not be submitted by any candidate for any particular post. In case of multiple applications for the same post, only the online application with the higher “Application Sequence Number” shall be considered by KRIBHCO. The fee paid against one “Application Sequence Number” shall not be adjusted against any other.
