  1. Visit the HCL Career Page : Go to www.hindustancopper.com and navigate to the "Careers" section.
  2. Find the Notification : Look for the link related to "Recruitment of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) - 2025" (Notification No.: Estt./1/2026/2025-26).
  3. Register : Click "Apply Online," then "New User" to register with your details (Name, DOB, Email, Mobile, Aadhaar, PAN).
  4. Login : Log in using the ID/Password sent to your email.
  5. Fill the Form : Enter your GATE Registration Number, degree details, marks, and upload scanned photo/signature.
  6. Pay Fee : Pay the application fee (₹500 for General/OBC/EWS; SC/ST/PwBD are exempt).
  7. Submit & Print : Submit the form and print the generated application/acknowledgment slip for records.

Selection Process

  • Shortlisting : Candidates are shortlisted for interviews based on their merit from valid GATE scores (2023, 2024, or 2025), giving equal weight to all years.
  • Interview : Shortlisted candidates (ratio 1:5 per vacancy) attend a Personal Interview, which covers Technical and HR aspects.
  • Final Selection : Final selection combines GATE score and interview performance.
