  1. Registration : Visit the official Haryana Public Service Commission website and navigate to the online application portal.
  2. Login Details : Register using your active mobile number and Aadhar card number to generate a unique login ID.
  3. Fill Application Form : Log in with your credentials to fill out your personal information, educational qualifications (B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering), and other required details.
  4. Upload Documents : Attach your relevant degree certificates, mark sheets, and scanned copies of your photograph and signature.
  5. Fee Payment : Pay the prescribed application fee online via Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card. (Note: The fee is non-refundable).
  6. Final Submission : After reviewing all details for accuracy, submit the application form and take a printout for your future reference.

Selection Process

  • Stage 1 : Screening Test : A preliminary written test (usually objective type) to shortlist candidates.
  • Stage 2 : Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) : A descriptive or core-competency test evaluating the candidate's specific domain knowledge in Civil Engineering.
  • Stage 3 : Interview : Candidates who qualify the SKT are called for a personal interview, which carries a specific weightage (typically 12.5% of the total merit).
  • Stage 4 : Document Verification & Medical Exam : Final verification of original certificates, educational degrees, and medical fitness before final appointment.
