Educational Qualification

Master's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma* (minimum two years’ duration) in any discipline or Bachelor's Degree in Law or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognized University or ACA/ FCA from ICAI or ACS/ FCS from ICSI or ACMA/ FCMA from ICMAI (erstwhile AICWA/ FICWA from ICWAI) or CFA from CFA Institute.

*(Equivalent to a Master’s Degree in that discipline as recognized by the Association of Indian Universities

Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma* (minimum two years’ duration) in Economics/ Commerce/ Business Administration/ Econometrics/ Quantitative Economics/ Financial Economics / Mathematical

Graduation from a recognized University / Institute AND Pass or exemption in all Seven (07) 'Core Principles' subjects of the Institute of Actuaries of lndia (lAl) Examination.

Master’s Degree in Hindi/ Hindi Translation with English as a subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level; or Master’s Degree in Sanskrit/ English/ Economics/ Commerce with Hindi as a subject at Bachelor’s Degree level; or

Master's Degree in both English and Hindi/ Hindi Translation from a recognized University / Institute.

• Notification Selection : Open the recruitment notification titled "PFRDA RECRUITMENT EXERCISE - RECRUITMENT OF OFFICER GRADE A (ASSISTANT MANAGER) - 2026" and click "APPLY ONLINE".

• New Registration : Choose the tab "CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION" and enter your basic name, contact details, and email ID to generate a provisional registration number and password.

• Form Completion : Fill in your personal, educational, and professional details carefully, utilizing the "SAVE AND NEXT" tab to save data progressively before final submission.

• Document Uploads : Upload your scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration in strict compliance with the specified dimension and file size guidelines.

• Application Preview : Click on the Preview tab to thoroughly verify all entered information and uploaded images, ensuring absolute accuracy since data cannot be changed after final registration.

• Final Registration : Click on the "COMPLETE REGISTRATION" button only after verifying every detail, as no modifications or corrections will be entertained post-submission.

• Fee Payment : Proceed to the "PAYMENT" tab, select your preferred online payment mode (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, etc.), and complete the non-refundable fee transaction securely.

• Receipt & Printout : Save the electronic e-receipt and take a final printout of the system-generated online application form containing fee details for your future reference.

Selection Process

• Online Application Submission - Eligible candidates must register and submit their applications through the PFRDA website along with the required non-refundable application fee.

• Phase I Online Screening Examination - Candidates take an online screening exam consisting of two multiple-choice papers (Paper 1 on English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Awareness; Paper 2 on stream-specific subjects).

• Shortlisting for Phase II - Candidates must achieve both separate sectional cut-offs and the minimum aggregate cut-off marks in Phase I to qualify for the next stage.

• Phase II Online Written Examination - Shortlisted candidates appear for Phase II, which includes Paper 1 (Descriptive English test for drafting skills) and Paper 2 (Multiple-choice questions on general or specialized stream subjects).

• Shortlisting for Phase III Interview - Based on performance in Paper 2 (which dictates Paper 1 evaluation) and aggregate cut-offs, candidates equaling five times the number of vacancies are shortlisted in order of merit for the interview.

• Phase III Interview - Qualified candidates attend the final interview stage, which can be opted for in either Hindi or English.

• Final Selection and Appointment - Final merit lists are compiled using a weightage of 85% for Phase II marks and 15% for Phase III interview marks, followed by document verification, medical checks, and a two-year probation period.
