Post Wise Qualification

  • Technician-B: ITI / NTC / NAC in Related Trade.
  • Draughtsman-B : ITI / NTC / NAC in Related Trade.
  • Pharmacist-A : 10th Passed, Diploma in Pharmacy.

How to Apply?

  • Website Visit : Go to the official VSSC website at http://www.vssc.gov.in during the application window.
  • Portal Access : Locate and click on the online recruitment link for Advertisement No. VSSC-334.
  • Registration : Register on the portal by providing basic details, or use credentials if registered via the National Career Service (NCS) portal.
  • Form Filling : Complete the online application form accurately with personal, educational, and preferred examination city details (choosing 3 cities in order of preference).
  • Document Upload : Upload scanned copies of required documents, certificates, photographs, and category-specific proofs (such as SC/ST, OBC non-creamy layer, EWS, PwBD, or Discharge certificates) as applicable.
  • Bank Details Entry : Enter correct bank account details (Account Number, IFS Code, Bank Name, Branch Name, and Account Holder Name) carefully to facilitate the future application fee refund.
  • Fee Payment : Pay the uniform application fee of Rs. 500 online using Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI via the Integrated SBI ePay facility.
  • Final Submission : Submit the completed application form before 17:00 hours on 16 June, 2025.
  • Reference Saving : Note down and carefully preserve the online Registration Number provided upon successful registration.
  • Printout : Take a physical printout of the submitted online application form for your future reference.

Selection Process

  • Written Test : Consists of 80 curriculum-based multiple-choice questions for a duration of 90 minutes, with 1 mark awarded for every correct answer and a penalty of 0.33 marks for every wrong answer.

  • Written Test Pass Criteria : Requires a minimum of 32 out of 80 marks for UR and EWS candidates, and a minimum of 24 out of 80 marks for other reserved categories against reserved vacancies.

  • Skill Test Shortlisting : Shortlists candidates for the skill test in a ratio of 1:5, ensuring a minimum of 10 candidates per post based on written test performance.

  • Skill Test : Conducted as a purely qualifying test where candidates must secure at least 50 out of 100 marks if UR/EWS, or 40 out of 100 marks if belonging to other reserved categories.

  • Final Empanelment : Prepared exclusively from the candidates who successfully qualify the skill test, ranking them according to the marks scored in the written test.

  • Tie-Breaker : Resolves identical written test scores by utilizing the academic scores of the notified minimum qualification as the deciding factor.
